Santa’s Favourite Soft Ginger Cookies

  1. Mix first five ingredients: 2 cups flour, 1 tsp ginger, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt

  2. In a separate bowl, cream 3/4 cup butter and add 1 cup sugar. Beat in 1 egg and 1/4 cup molasses

  3. Add the dry ingredients and blend well.

  4. Form dough into small balls and roll in sugar.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 9 minutes

  6. ENJOY with a tall glass of milk.
